How to Access and Log In to the ConsulHosting Game Panel
In the game panel, you can manage your Minecraft server. You can log in in two ways: using Single Sign-On (SSO) through the client area or directly with the login credentials for your game panel account. The Minecraft server owner can use either method. SSO is only available to the customer in whose name the hosting package is registered. Subusers always log in using their own credentials.
Log In Through the Client Area Using SSO
With SSO, you are automatically logged in to the game panel through the client area. You do not need to enter a separate password for the game panel. You can start the SSO process from either the client area or the game panel login page.
Start SSO From the Client Area
- Log in to the client area.
- Open the Hosting page.
- Click the hosting package for the Minecraft server you want to manage.
- Under Management, click Manage on the game panel.
- You are automatically redirected to your Minecraft server in the game panel.
Start SSO From the Game Panel
- Open the game panel.
- Click A ConsulHosting customer.
- Click Log in via the client area.
- If you are not logged in to the client area yet, enter your login credentials and click Log in. If you are already logged in, this step is skipped.
- You are automatically redirected back and logged in to the game panel.
Note Only the customer in whose name the hosting package is registered can log in using SSO. Have you been added to a server as a subuser? Log in directly to the game panel using your own credentials.
Log In Directly to the Game Panel
Subusers log in directly to the game panel using their own email address and password. The Minecraft server owner can also use this method.
- Open the game panel.
- Click An invited user.
- Enter the email address for your game panel account.
- Enter the corresponding password.
- Click Log in.
Have you been added as a subuser for the first time? Follow the instructions in the email you received to set up your account first.
Note The login credentials for your game panel account are not the same as those for the client area. Subusers also do not need an account in the client area.
Forgotten Your Game Panel Password
- Open the game panel.
- Click An invited user.
- Click Reset my password.
- Enter the email address for your game panel account.
- Open the email you receive and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. Are you a subuser? Ask the Minecraft server owner to check which email address was used to add you.
