How to Cancel Your Service or Hosting Plan at ConsulHosting

Would you like to cancel a domain name, hosting package, or another service at ConsulHosting? You can easily and quickly arrange this through the customer panel. Most services have no notice period unless a different period applies to a specific service or agreement. When cancelling, you can choose whether the service ends immediately or on its expiry date.

Cancelling a hosting package

Note Before canceling your hosting package, back up all the data you want to keep. Once the package is canceled, the data will be permanently deleted and, in principle, cannot be recovered.

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Go to the Hosting page.
3. Click the three dots next to the hosting package you want to cancel.
4. Select Request cancellation at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
5. Enter a reason for the cancellation or select Prefer not to specify.
6. Under Cancellation date, select one of the following options:

7. Select the checkbox to confirm that you understand that the data associated with the hosting package will be permanently deleted after termination.
8. Click Request cancellation to confirm the cancellation. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

Cancelling a domain name

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Go to the Domains page.
3. Click the three dots next to the domain name you want to cancel.
4. Select Request cancellation at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
5. Enter a reason for the cancellation or select Prefer not to specify.
6. Under Cancellation date, select one of the following options:

8. Click Request cancellation to complete the cancellation. You will then receive a confirmation by email.
