ConsulHosting monitors the performance and processes of your Managed VPS using automated monitoring tools. Essential system resources are checked 24/7. If irregularities are detected, we act proactively to prevent service disruptions, within reasonable limits.

Priority support

Priority support means your service requests are handled with priority over clients who do not have this level of support.

Account manager

With this service, you are assigned a dedicated account manager as your direct point of contact. They understand your situation and are reachable through standard channels or directly by phone or WhatsApp.

Free migration service

The free migration service is available for up to 30 days after delivery. It is intended for transferring infrastructure from a third party to ConsulHosting. Submit your request via a support ticket, including the required login credentials.

Can I upgrade the VPS later?

Yes, you can upgrade your Managed VPS at any time. You only pay the price difference for the remaining period until the renewal date.

What is the internet speed of the VPS?

The internet speed for Managed VPS Hosting is 1 Gbit/s.

What kind of backups do you provide?

A daily automated backup is made of every Managed VPS. You can also configure internal backups within the control panel. External backup storage is available upon request.

What is the delivery time?

ConsulHosting processes orders seven days a week as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on factors such as custom setups and specific requirements.

Can I order a custom package?

The specifications of Managed VPS Hosting are fixed. For custom solutions, please contact us to discuss the options.

Do I get root access to the VPS?

To ensure security and uphold our responsibilities, root access is not permitted. However, you can access the terminal through the control panel.

Do you monitor my websites?

CloudLinux monitors resource usage per website and user. We do not monitor individual websites by default, but this service is available on request.

What happens if the data limit is reached?

If your data usage reaches or approaches the limit, ConsulHosting will contact you to discuss upgrade options. The VPS will not be suspended automatically.
